Tod Teddies are hand made Collectors Teddy Bears. They come in all shapes and sizes, as you can see from the pitcure. They can be made in mohair, alpaca and mohair or synthetic fur.

I started making bears in the New Forest in Hampshire where they sold in The Hayloft Gallery, and the Red House museum in Christchurch Dorset.

We moved to Todmorden, and now Live on the Rochdale Canal.

The bears are made at my Studio in Grumpy's Mill, an old Textile Mill, and on our boat both in a deep valley in the Yorkshire Pennines. The Teddies are sold in local shops and art Galleries. All come with a Yorkshire Passport, and Birth certificate, to enable them to travel outside Yorkshire.

I am happy to make up bears to your special requirements, even a poorly bear with his leg in plaster. Just contact me and ask, if it is possible to make, I will make it for you.

When bears travel by post, they go in decorated boxes showing place around our lovely town,

when collected in person they have their own special fabric tote bags.

The Rochdale canal was opened in 1804, the first Trans-Pennine canal serving the industrial areas of both Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Estelle's Bears originated in the New Forest Hampshire,

the forest created over 900 years ago by William the Conqueror.

The bears have been shown and sold at CADarts Summer Showcase, Hayloft Gallery and the Red House Museum Courtyard,

in Christchurch Dorset.
